Eligibility to Apply

Applicants seeking employment within the Islands Trust must be legally eligible to work in Canada with the proper federal government permits and documentation.

Collective Agreement

Most Islands Trust careers are part of the British Columbia Government Employees Union (BCGEU) bargaining unit, which has a Collective Agreement. The agreement covers terms of employment such as salaries, raises, overtime compensation and rules,  vacation, and other provisions.
